Cheese & bread of the last dinner appear on the weight in the morning, I took breakfast as usual, no, a little more with a piece of cake, so I was still full when noon came.

lunch: boiled egg, leftover ratatouille
snack: baby cookie & green tea
dinner:
2 grilled sauries with Rosemay ローズマリーのベッドで焼いたさんま二尾,
salad with arugula, Daikon sprouts, sliced pickled veggies, cone,
soup-boiled sweet potatoes with laurier topped sage salt & a swirl of olive oil
whole wheat and wheat “Yukihikari” bread ゆきちからで焼いたパン, ricotta, red wine
before going to bed: 50.60kg
