I got new rice balls and cups in smaller size than ones I’ve used. It’s fun to try a new setting.
Rice is white, so colored or black ball is good. White looks whiter and glossier, the color gets more vivid.
dinner: sake lees stew with grilled salmon, taro, burdock, Kon’nyaku, Aburaage, leek, dropworta(Japanese parsley) + boiled spinach with Dashi & soy sauce topped sesame, pickled radish
Then cranberry ginger tea.
