after 60 minutes’ swimming: 53.7kg
Today’s schedule is tight around noon, I will have no time to choose a place to have lunch outside. I prepared simple stuff before going out.

lunch: boiled egg, apple, banana, mixed vegetable juice & black tea
snack: Awazenzai(steamed millet with red bean paste made with Azuki beans), green tea
dinner: hot pot with salted cod from Hokkaido, Chinese cabbage & Enoki mushroom by Ponzu & sesame sauce,
fried Shirataki & sakura shrimp,
pickled Daikon and sake then green tea
I got chilly, ate a lot to warm myself up. I feel full and heavy.
