Lunch is prepared by smaller portion than usual to be ready for the following early supper.
early supper: quinoa salad with croûtons & leaves,
spinach dressed with sesame & soybean milk sauce,
fried spicy potatoes,
californian rolls with avocado & shrimps,
red wine
then a glass of whisky Yoichi, neat, listening to music
It’s good to enjoy spirits straight after food. I don’t need to unconsciously keep on biting and above all it’s the best way to feel the flavor.
