soup-boiled sweet potato added dry fig,
spinach Ohitashi ほうれん草のおひたし,
miso soup with sliced onion & grated ginger,

Though I still have a stomach ache but I have appetite.
Taking a rest after dinner I take a bath, warm water heals me.
Let’s see tomorrow morning.
