after 65 minutes’ swimming: 50.35kg
After the bad condition of the last week-end, unfortunately I’m still suffering from pollen allergies. But I feel good.
I have appetite, powerful swimming keeping the weight.
Looking back this half of the year, mostly these 4 months, I’ve “worked” a lot though the process has always fun and joy.
But why did I worked a lot?
I guess because it is for myself, food is yummy, body condition is good…
I see, because I’m fine. It’s too simple.
before lunch: 50.15kg
lunch: rolled corned beef with butterhead lettuce,
boiled egg,
cherry tomato,
pickled Daikon,
steamed mushrooms with Ponzu,
Shiso sausages,
unmilled rice, toasted Bancha tea
I feet very cold in the afternoon.
before dinner: 50.30kg
dinner: braised chicken, pumpkin, Kon’nyaku, Aburaagé,
tofu with Shiso, Mizuna by sesame sauce,
boiled spinach,
pickled Daikon, sake
then caciocavallo from Chiba & red wine
I’m still cold, the hands don’t get warm while eating.
Let’s see tomorrow hoping I don’t catch a cold.
