tuna & cranberries, cherry tomatoes,
rice added 10 kinds of grains, toasted Bancha tea

dinner: green salad with red leaf lettuce, cucumber, mushroom, walnuts,
clam & radish braised by cream with unmilled rice,
Chardonnay, caciocavallo from Chiba and Hokkaido
then a clove of chocolate and burdock tea

I’m not very good at chocolate but I bite it to let my mouth know the end of earting time. Chocolate is tasty but too heavy for me…
