I took Mugicha(麦茶: infusion of parched barley) at room temperature before, after and between swimming today in the place of cold nonalcoholic stimulant from a water cooler on the corner of swimming area.
It’s more tasty and easier on the stomach.

I am not very creasy for 大吟醸 Dai-ginjyo, but today’s Takashimizu 高清水 was a good company for today’s Japanese food. 🙂

It was a correct decision not having rice for dinner. The cake with nuts is pretty heavy.
