swimming: 45 minutes, water walking: 10 minutes
As I had an appointment around my dinner time, I took a biscuit and a piece of Azuki bar after swimming.

soup boiled pumpkin & Nora‘s zucchini with thyme,
tea bread,
provolone, white wine
before going to bed: 50.45kg
The snack after swimming and the light supper was a good arrangement. The stomach is not surprised at unusual eating schedule. 🙂
