fried saucy with braised tomato & Nora‘s Chinese water spinach,
braised beets, dark purple carrot & onion with thyme from Nora,
pickled eggplant, provolone, whole wheat bread, rye bread, red wine
before going to bed: 50.90kg
I feel good when the weight is more than 50kg, I’m powerless below it but the other factors works, of course.
Body fat, blood pressure, blood‐sugar level, etc.
