I ate and drunk too much last night as well as 2 days before, feel the stomach heavy. The work of the stomack doesn’t keep up with food intake of a couple of days.
I’ll be out in daytime so take a general breakfast, then prepare a light linch to get the stomach condition comfortable.

pickled Daikon and toasted Bancha tea
I want sweets.
