dinner: Hijiki, Japanese leek, boiled carrot salad dressed with non-oil sauce of Miso, sesame paste, yogurt + brown sugar & Japanese chili pepper,
sliced porc with salad (red-leaf lettuce, sliced onion, Shiso, Myoga) by Ponzu,
whole wheat bread, provolone, red wine

Yogurt, Miso, fermented food is flavorful. We can enjoy a huge variation of sauce without oil!
