I like Japanese food, sure, as my mother sense of taste. And I like western, asian cuisine, as well.
Especially for breakfast I prefer western style twisted into my original arrangement. Recently variation of processed foods made of local products by authentic cookery loyal to original way, has been getting more and more.
Jams made of local vegetables originally from the land, like Azuki beans, for example.
I don’t want to have food which passed a long way journey though domestic travel is inevitable, I’ll come to eat local food as much as I can because it’s more delicious discovering the local background!
