small changes & a big opportunity

Which jam do I buy?
Which swimming pool do I go?
Which shirt do I need?
How do I spend winter vacation?

I didn’t have any clear answer to the question.

Now I’m more interested in food, activities, health, life and…
I recognize I’m more active and positive than 2 years ago at least.
The happening of watching my weight & food is the biggest opportunity. But without small changes, I’m sure the big change didn’t come up.

Now I have spontaneous answers.

I buy this haskap jam today, will get pumpkin jam for the next order.
I go to that pool today.
I want this bag (for skiing / swimming / …)
I do cross-country skiing in winter.

It’s fun! That’s all in other words.

I note here my small changes.

my time line around health and life

  • November 2014: After a health checkup I think of a diet.
    ☞ Metabolically getting better but I got on weight! I know now the weight was about 10kg more than 5 years ago.
  • 2014: To go to swimming pools, I get more interested in outfits.
    ☞ I don’t like shopping, it’s enough to manage stuff I had. I noticed that the sneakers and the wind breaker are very functional and charming as daily outfit in the city as well.
  • October 2013: I buy a swimming suit, a cap and glasses and finely start swimming.
  • late September 2013: I buy a bicycle.
    ☞ I had already got the sneakers and the jacket, I was ready to ride a bicycle, as well, at this time.
  • early summer 2013: I buy a pair of sneaker & a wind breaker.
    ☞ I had not had them. Remembering a couple of friends, they are walking for health in the city, I tried to get ready to walk.
  • early spring 2013: complete physical examination

    ☞ The results are not very good but my body don’t need urgent treatment, that’s tricky.
