他の作り手さんの有機栽培にんじん、自然農法のにんじんももちろんおいしいけど、
のらのにんじんの味が好き。
のらから一緒に届いたほうれん草。
根元においしさが凝縮している
って言うな…なんて思いながら、ゆでたての根元をパクッ。
あっ、にんじんと同じ味がする！
そうかぁ、私はのらの土の味が好きなんだぁ。
作り手さんに世話になって、地球を食べさせてもらってる私。
Nora‘s carrots are exceptional for me.
Organic carrots by other farmers are, of course, tasty but I especially like Nora‘s ones.
Spinach is delivered with carrots at the same time from Nora this morning.
Thinking we say
the part around the root is more delicious and flavorful.
one bite of the just boiled spinach tastes of the same as their carrots!
