Women’s hormone balance depends on the period.
In luteal phase between ovulation and the next menstrual period, the body tends to store water or moisture.
I interpret it like this. If a woman gets pregnant, her body tries not to drop the baby, it’s natural, isn’t it? So, it’s not easy to loose weight, as a result, in this period when we don’t have a new small life inside.
I’m sure the condition is different from individual to individual. But I think that this natural flow and function make sense, actually I have recognized heavy annoying feeling and light clear period before starting watching the weight & food.
After I started watching the weight & food, weight zigzagging and the feeling are still telling the female standard.
From my experience, as well, loss weight doesn’t go well in luteal phase even if I eat less or more food with rich dietary fiber. Nonetheless I stick to loose weight to go against natural situation of my body, I get constipated.
It’s easy to understand, the body is making effort not to loose anything even body wastes.
That’s OK. Don’t be too nervous or desperate.
One week or 10 days later, the next light clear period is coming up.
Keeping on watching the weight & food as usual will give you a pleasant result soon.
