breakfast: my daily companions with muesli + spice chiffon cake
☞ today’s fruits: pare, apple, banana, Ponkan mandarine, strawberry, blueberries
after 70 minutes’ swimming: 55.60kg
lunch: grilled Gammodoki; square ones are with mixed vegetables, balls are added a ginkgo, grated daikon with Ponzu, rice, pickled sliced radish & green tea. Yummy!
dinner: mushroom soup with Japanese leek, others are all leftovers; Sukiyaki stew, fried lotus root, Miso soup, red wine
I like to have red wine with Sukiyaki stew “Nikujaga”. Though this time I use sake as seasoning for it, my recipe prefers replacing it into red wine. It naturally calls red wine to be accompanied with the dish.
