お気に入りのパンはある程度まとめ買いして冷凍保存。アルミホイルで包んでからオーブンで温めるとふっくらおいしい。

dinner:
salad with boiled green soy beans, diced tomatoes & sliced onion by sage salt & olive oil,
chicken pumpkin yogurt gratin;
In the place of sauce béchamel (white sauce), use yogurt, chopped garlic, cumin powder, salt.
Light and sour sauce is good with pumpkin’s texture! Don’t forget topping grated parmigiano reggiano.
and red wine

ヨーグルトでチキンかぼちゃグラタン!
ホワイトソースの代わりに、ヨーグルト(もちろんプレーン)、にんにくのみじん切り、クミンパウダー、塩。
軽くて酸味のあるソースがかぼちゃのほっくり感とピッタリ。ホントのパルメザンチーズを降るのを忘れずに。
