Yogurt is one of the the most frequent food for me.

Yogurt topped muesli and/or jam plays a stable role on the plate for breakfast. This authentic style is only for breakfast, I don’t take it for snack or dessert.

Stained yogurt is a company for bread with jam. Sometimes I take clotted cream but the lightness of strained yogurt is much closer to me.

Yogurt is fermented food as we know so it harmonizes with Jananese original fermented products; miso or soy sauce. I often water miso down with whey gotten after I strained yogurt. Arranged style added sesame paste & brown sugar is also a good twist!

Cacık (Turkish) or Tzatziki (Greek yogurt cucumber dip) is a base to have more variation of yogurt. Yogurt corresponds very well with fresh garlic.

Turkish cuisine gives me more inspirations to match ingredients far from other sides of the earth.

It’s almost not possible to get big packages of yogurt in Japan.
Don’t worry, we are very good at developing attentive considerate products. Why don’t you try them out!

ヨーグルト、ホントによく食べる、使う。

「ヨーグルト+シリアル/ジャム」は定番だけど、それ以上のパッションはない。

料理に使う。

トルコのキュウリのヨーグルトディップ「ジャジュック」は夏に食べるとスーッと涼しくなる。

発酵食品のお味噌やお醤油にピッタリ。

お味噌そのままじゃしょっぱいな、強いな、という時は、水切りヨーグルトを作った後のホエイで割る、花見糖も足してね。
ホエイじゃなくて、ヨーグルトで割ってももちろんいい。時にはごまペーストを足してアレンジ。

もっと簡単なところでは、ヨーグルト+トマトケチャップ。ケチャップは少なめに。

カレーもヨーグルトベース、
ポテトサラダもパンプキンサラダは水切りヨーグルトで。
ほかには…

日本で一般的に売られているヨーグルトは500g止まり。パックを処分するために買っているような気がしていた。
トルコのスーパーでキロ単位のパッケージを買えた時の便利さを思い起こしながら、別の方法を。

自分で作ればいい!

痒い所に手が届く、便利なものを作る、日本の得意技が活きたこんな物が売られていて嬉しい。
