braised beets, dark purple carrot & onion with thyme from Nora,
pickled eggplant, provolone, whole wheat bread, rye bread, red wine dinner on Wed. 29 Jul. 2015
before going to bed: 50.90kg
I feel good when the weight is more than 50kg, I’m powerless below it but the other factors works, of course.
Body fat, blood pressure, blood‐sugar level, etc.
It’s not possible to always care all. Let’s keep my daily report. 🙂
