pickled veggies with cherry tomatoes,
potato salad, red wine
Potatoes are boiled with leftover water used for boiling pork. The sauce is made with mustard, whey left after I strain yogurt. Light and flavorous dressing!
Add fried mushroom and fresh sliced onion.
Today I was powerful. It was the most comfortable swimming among a couple of weeks with knee trouble. One point hurts, one of the other points bear the weakness…
Finally the trouble disappeared after inner cooperation of my body. 🙂
