It might contain MSG, they might use chemical fertilizers or…
But sometimes it happens I just buy and eat the product without any doubt.
I reflect about trust through food and communication with the producer.
I think getting and eating food from them is natural and precious, all I can do is keeping on eating their products.

The left knee aches, the bottom part of the knee is hot. It seems to be inflammation of the patellar tendon. I put a wet compress on the left knee hoping I can swim tomorrow.
