The taste after a long absence extremely impressive.
Flavor of the agar from the sea, texture of the red peas, lightness and clearness of the syrup…

But sometimes it happens I just buy and eat the product without any doubt.
I reflect about trust through food and communication with the producer.
I think getting and eating food from them is natural and precious, all I can do is keeping on eating their products.

The left knee aches, the bottom part of the knee is hot. It seems to be inflammation of the patellar tendon. I put a wet compress on the left knee hoping I can swim tomorrow.
Today it’s the day of the festival of Torigoé shrine 鳥越神社。
People in festive kimono are passing by the streets.They are extremely chic and cool.
