I have clearer intention what I choose and eat, the next meal time got more precious for me.
Especially breakfast, it’s one of my sweets’ time; fruits, jam, cakes, etc.
Almost every morning at home or outside, I have some regular food and I enjoy the puzzle to complete a composition for the day.
I ate and drunk too much last night as well as 2 days before, feel the stomach heavy. The work of the stomack doesn’t keep up with food intake of a couple of days.
I’ll be out in daytime so take a general breakfast, then prepare a light linch to get the stomach condition comfortable.

I cannot get anywhere bread and cookies like Kinohigé’s around me now.
While swimming I think of Kinohigé’s taste.
The bread and cookies are made with Japanese wheat flour and raisin yeast.
Local products must give us a full play in a kitchen closer to their original field.
And I appreciate my family who gave me basic sense of taste to enjoy exquisiteness.
